Planning is underway!
Hello Everyone,
I am very excited to begin the new 4-H year. I have begun planning and have dates for September and October on the calendar. I can't stress enough about how important it is to follow the blog by email. That will help you receive email and calendar notifications. It is the best way I can communicate with the entire club.
The end of this weekend I will be removing the private group on Facebook. There really is no need to keep communication there and on the blog. It's double the work. We have our community Facebook page, Country Kickers 4-H Club where we will continue to post there to highlight things that we do during the 4-H year.
If you are interested in becoming a project leader we would be so happy to have additional projects to add to our club. Keep in mind our club is what we all put in together and make of it. I am only one person and we need your help to make this club successful. It takes a village of volunteers to make it happen! It is FREE to fill out the application and become a certified leader.
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Katherine (Ava's mom) for stepping up and offering to take over our Lost Dutchman rodeo event. That is a big commitment of attending meetings and coordinating our entire club to volunteer the entire rodeo weekend. Thank you so much!!
I look forward to seeing you all very soon!
Michelle
