Last Week's Meeting - Notes

 Hello,

If you missed last Friday's community club meeting, here are some of the items discussed.

We will be in the AJ light parade this year. It's on December 2nd in the evening We will be meeting at Circle C Stables at 3pm that day to begin to decorate the trailer that Beth and Jon Williamson have donated their time to drive it in the parade. Thank you! From now until Dec 2nd Beth will have a box on their front porch for us to start gathering deco items for the trailer. So get digging through your holiday deco for any spare lights, garland, bows, 1-2 blow ups, blankets for covering hay to sit on, zip ties, wire.

We are planning a trip to Boyce Arboretum on November 19 at 8am for those who are interested in taking photography pictures to enter at fair (cloverbuds can do this too). The club voted to pay the $10 for each youth member to go, adults ($25) would be responsible for themselves. Watch soon for a post on us needing to collect funds prior as we have to make one payment in full at the time of entrance.

The club members planned their Dec 15th community club meeting. They would like to make a fun holiday ornament, a fun group game, and have a white elephant gift exchange. They voted the limit is $20. The cloverbuds will have a gift exchange between them with the limit being $20.

Tshirt option 1, won the vote! Watch soon for more details on ordering.
