Lost Dutchman Days Rodeo- Volunteer Signs up are OPEN!!

 Hello,

It is that time of year to start signing up to volunteer at the Lost Dutchman Days Rodeo.

As you know, we have been invited to help sell the rodeo tickets at the front entrance gate, and main grandstand gate. The Lost Dutchman Rodeo Committee puts this rodeo on each year and gives back to local youth groups like ourselves. We are thankful for their generosity and partnership over MANY years!

What does this mean? This means our club needs help from each and everyone of you to volunteer throughout the weekend. We will need help from parents, and youth members. We will even take help from any other of your family members. It's a VERY BUSY rodeo and cannot be accomplished without everyone's help. Not only is Saturday usually the busiest day but keep in mind I have to take Friday off from work to work this event for our club. We need your help!

Sign up today! Remember this will also help towards service hours for record books.

New this year they will be selling a limited amount of presale tickets for each specific day at AJ Chamber and Crazy Horse Saddle Shop. No online sales this year. That means pre sale tickets will be labeled for use only a specific day! This will also allow us to know how many we can sell in person and hopefully eliminate for folks being upset if we sell out. We are also hoping that they (LDD) will allow me access to their FB page to update the public when we are almost sold out, and sold out each day. 😁😁

Here is the link to sign up. I ask that you specify how many in your family are coming to help me with numbers and making sure we have enough help each day.

 Sign up here

If you have any questions about this event feel free to message me or text me.
