About a week ago I sent a post out asking for input on which projects your children will be doing. I have not had only but one family submit the form to me. Please know that this helps me to better get prepared and have all the necessary information you will need with rulebooks, adherence to deadlines, and be able to coordinate project meetings.
If you would please fill out this form click here so that I can know who will be doing which projects this year and I can share this list with the project leaders. If you are not in that current Group me chat please let me know so you can get add to the chat. We don't want you to miss out on ownership deadlines, rulebooks, etc
Our club is growing and we are up to 34 members and I need your help with keeping communications going so that we can make our club successful for our club members.
Thank you,
Michelle

If you are wanting to work on the following to learn and/or display exhibits at fair please sign up accordingly to which meetings you would like to attend.
Big Shout out to Mrs. Hibbitt's for leading these projects again this year. I am sure that if you are looking to volunteer or have crafty ideas she will take your help!!
We kindly ask that if you sign up and then realize you can't make it that you "de select " the meeting you signed up for. She has to shop and be prepared in advance with materials to bring to each meeting. We don't need to over buy or not have enough.
All of these meetings will be at the AJ Rec Center as we have grown and we need more space to spread out for making fun stuff like this!
As always if you have questions reach out!

If you are not in the club GROUP ME for this specific types of meetings please tell me so we can add you. We do not want to have anyone miss out because they didn't know.
P.S. If you are coming to sewing and have an extra machine please bring it!
