Last Call - Community Service

This is the FINAL call to see who would like to join us for a night of community service at Feed My Starving Children on Friday, May 19th from 7p-8:45pm. 

If you have signed up, thank you! We have 11 people signed up so far. 

If you still need to sign up please click the link below and sign up. You will need to sign up each person individually. 

I need sign ups to be completed no later than Friday, April 7th.

Last Community Club Meeting - April 21st

 Hello 4-H Families,

April 21st will be our last community club meeting

Happy April Fool's Day!!   Did you think I wasn't coming back?? 

This will just be the last meeting for the current 4-H year we are in. Hope you all can attend. This will be the meeting where we need to plan our budget for the new season and a year end celebration. 

Come with ideas! If you have ideas bring prices too! We have 13 families and approximately 50 people. If we have wants and needs for any project needs bring your ideas. 

I am thinking that we try to plan the year end celebration to be the first weekend in June. If over the summer we want to try and get together for a fun swim at the AJ pool we could try and coordinate that too. 

Hailey and I are very excited for the new 4-H year to begin. ZingBooks will have new enrollment open usually the beginning of August.

Fair Reminders

 Be sure that you have finalized your financial forms that will be due at check in at fair on Tuesday, March 14th. 

Read through the PCJLC rulebook to make sure that you have all items you need a check in. 

1. Copy of Quality Assurance Training Certificate
2.  Financial Record Form (One copy per animal entered)
3. Exhibitor must be present at time of receiving/weigh-in. 
4. Arizona Seasonal Pass must be submitted to the species superintendent before entering the scales at fair receiving.
