Record Book Information and Due Date

   ** Note that the project record book requires my signature** Allow time for this to be done**

 

Just a reminder that record books are due by July 31st!  Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you or your members need any help completing them…we're here to support you.

 

If members need computer access, they are welcome to use the resources at their local library or stop by the Extension Office.  We’ll be happy to assist in any way we can.

 

Please note: Record Books must be submitted as hard copies and NOT through ZSuite.  Both the Member Record and Project Record are required.  You can access the necessary forms at the links below:
